When assembled, this desk looks like high-end furniture – it’s hard to believe it’s under $200. Even the drawer handles are “stylin’”, as my wife (who is not easily impressed) puts it. Assembly was straightforward and easy – all the parts (even the fasteners) are labelled, and the assembly manual is very clear. Three pieces were damaged in shipping (the fault of UPS, not Bush Furniture), and these were promptly and courteously replaced after a single call to the toll-free customer service number shown on every page of the manual. I would buy another Bush product with no hesitation whatsoever.

We have had this for a year and a half and during the first 6 months it fell apart. The handles broke, the glass door fell off, and the finished is ruined.
First off the handles broke right in half. No big deal they can be replaced. But then the glass door started falling off everyday and was a huge hassle to put back on. However it did tend to make the tower suffocate and run too hot, to the point where I had to turn off the computer or risk it over heating it. So I’m glad the glass is gone.
Lastly the finish on this thing is paper thin. If you put a piece of scotch tape on it or accidently run your fingernail across it the finish comes off and you are left looking at particle board. There is almost no finish on top now.
I was so pleased when this desk came, it looked great and was a good fit for everything I needed. But now it looks so awful. I wish I would have spent more on something nicer.
If you decide to get it please buy a glass or plastic top to save the finish, and don’t install the glass door.

Desktop destroyed in transit. Company replaced within a few days without question. Product is as advertised and I would buy another Bush Furniture product in the future.Good stuff!

This desk is absolutely great. It is so nice that this was actually my second purchase of the item. When I moved across the country I wasn’t able to take my old desk and I loved it so much I bought the exact one again. It is not amazingly easy to put together but anyone can do it in under two hours. Considering how sturdy it is, its well worth the time it takes to assemble. It has a ton of storage space and desk space and the top “shelf” is the perfect place to put a printer. I use the desk with my desktop computer and store the computer in the bottom cabinet and the desk has more than enough for both my screen a letter organizer and room to write. I highly recommend this item. It is relatively scratch resistant. I think I only have one scratch after 2 years. Again, great value and super sturdy.
